Which version number does my software have?
You can retrieve program version information using the menu ? | About... This opens a window that contains information regarding the version of the Otto Bock Data Station as well as of the applications you have installed.
You should have this information available whenever you contact one of our support representatives.

Does it make sense to install the update?
As a matter of principle, each update makes your application be up-to-date again. It contains all changes made between your version and the current update version. A regular update is recommended especially for applications with component selection, as the new version will contain new products, for example, while products that are no longer available will no longer be included in the software.

How do I do the update?
Download the relevant update and do the update. If applicable, packed files must be unpacked first. Follow the on-screen instructions.
