Technical and Professional Services Orthobionic

Position:

• Consultancy for patients
• Customer Seminars
• Technical Customer Service
• Accreditation issues for seminars
• Presentation on professional congresses
• Advising and Supporting of Marketing and Customer Service
• Internal Technical Training for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.
• Relationship Management with Hospitals, Therapists, Doctors, Universities, etc.
• Cooperation with Global Professional Education in Duderstadt
• Professional check-up of translated materials
• Evaluation and Follow up of Guarantee Issues and other complaints, returns and repairs
• Patient Care activities

Reporting Relationship:

• Sales Manager Orthobionic & Technical Director

Profile:

• Orthopedic Technician with at least 3-5 years of professional experience
• HealthCare and Medical rehabilitation Background would be a plus;
• Basic economical understanding
• Fluent Spanish and English language skills
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills;
• Ability and willingness to learn permanently
• Capability to work in networks;
• Capability to adapt to different target groups (Buyers, Technicians, doctors/ therapists);
• Knowledge about mankind;
• Empathy and Reliability;
• Be a team player;
• Loyalty and Honesty; Personal integrity;
• Familiar to work with state of the art communication systems
• Drivers license and willingness to travel
