Roles Description
We are seeking for a high caliber CPO from a mature healthcare environment to join the patient care business in one of our most dynamic and fast growing regions.
- To manage and develop an international standard patient care facility in Thailand in alignment to the patient care strategy of Otto Bock South East Asia
- To provide consultation and recommend solutions to patients
- To be hands-on in the day-to-day activities at the patient care facility
- To provide clinical and product application support as well as technical fabrication support internally and externally which may include on-site support with a direct sales focus.
- To set up and maintain an Otto Bock-standard quality system in the patient care operation.
- To transfer product knowledge and technical know-how to internal CPO’s and technicians and develop a local successor.
- To provide education and training in relation to Otto Bock products and application technology to customers.
- To be responsible for meeting the organizational objectives of the patient care business.
- Reporting to national Managing Director with reference to regional management.

- In the principal markets of South East Asia – based in Bangkok
Candidate Description
- Internationally recognized qualification in both Prosthetics and Orthotics.
- Solid practical experience of both fabrication and clinical applications in a developed healthcare environment. Preferably including upper & lower extremity prosthetics and orthotics.
- Education and/or experience in business management would be an advantage
- Experience in setting up and/managing patient care centers would be a definite advantage
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Excellent professional presentation skills
- Good computer skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, customer-service oriented and proactive attitude
- Cultural sensitivity and flexibility

- Remuneration will commensurate with the experience, qualification and professional knowledge of the right candidate.
