Otto Bock HealthCare GmbH is a globally successful medical technology company with more than 3600 employees. In order to augment our sales company in Turkey (Istanbul and / or Ankara), we are seeking a qualified, motivated person to fill the following position as soon as possible:


Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist (m/f)


Duties and responsibilities:

Following extensive on-the-job training, you assume responsibility for occupational therapy (upper extremities) and physiotherapy (lower extremities). This includes preparing a case history, conducting muscle development training with the patient, selecting suitable prosthesis components and completing the corresponding documentation. You are also responsible for providing individual consulting services to our customers and your colleagues. In conjunction with our technicians, you optimise the prosthesis structure and advise them in regards to prosthesis settings. You develop a network of relationships with health professionals and therapists, and conduct individual user trainings as well as general seminars for our customers.


Requirements:

You have got relevant professional experience as an internationally recognised occupational therapist or physiotherapist. Among your strengths are good technical analysis skills and your ability to impart knowledge to others. You are willing to work in Turkey for the long term and enjoy travelling. You are able to communicate fluently in Turkish and German (spoken and written – a knowledge of English would also be advantageous). Your cooperative, open and honest manner makes you a valuable addition to our team.
