Manager (male / female) Professional Training

Your duties:

• This position will be based in our worldwide headquarters in Duderstadt, close to Göttingen and requires worldwide travelling.You will report to the Head of the Otto Bock Academy.
  
• You will develop professional training concepts for all Otto Bock products and work closely with the department responsible for realization of concepts to align those with the corporate goals and implement them into the Otto Bock Group.
  
• The position requires intensive relationship management and efficient networking with all relevant departments.
  
• Furthermore you will have to analyze professional training needs internally as well as for Otto Bock customers and determine those needs with the responsible departments for realization and implementation.
  
• You will also develop guidelines and standards for all training activities of the Otto Bock Academy, internally as well as externally.
  

Your profile:

• Education in Technical Orthopedics
• Experience in the field of education
• Excellent communication skills
• International Experience
• English fluent in speaking and writing
