The Leckey Therapy Chair is the latest model in the successful line of Leckey seating systems. It offers children and youths an even greater level of posture support and optimal positioning for various clinical pictures, at home and at school.

Segmented Foot Rests

Thanks to its many adjustment options and the large selection of accessories, the Leckey Therapy Chair can be optimally adapted to the individual needs and requirements of the child. For example, the seating depth can be adjusted corresponding to the growth of the child. The height and angle of the back rest can be adjusted just as easily. The height and angle of the fold-away foot rests can be adjusted independently in order to optimally position both feet and to promote dorsal flexion if required. A four-point pelvic strap that is easy to put on and take off provides the required level of safety. A headrest with multiple adjustments provides additional support for children with poor head control.

Two Seating Systems for Different Clinical Pictures

Another advantage of the Leckey Therapy Chair is that is provides two seating systems. We offer a system with a segmented seat for optimal thigh positioning. In addition, the back rest is segmented and has a coccyx / lumbar pad in order to provide the best possible support for the pelvis. The chassis offers a choice of electronic or manual height-adjustment. Both versions can be raised, lowered, and tilted under load.

The Leckey Therapy Chair is available in three sizes; for children ages one to five years, children ages five to eleven years, and children and youths ages eleven to 17 years.
