The Antidecubitus Wheelchair Cushion Cloud is fully designed for individual adaptation. It is especially suitable for wheelchair users who place great emphasis on a maximum selection of positions and optimal pressure relief.
The seat area is divided into 16 cells which are anatomically arranged on a foam base. This creates the largest possible contact surface and effectively reduces pressure. The inner cover is filled with innovative Floam cells in three different sizes. Floam is as adaptable as a gel-form liquid and as light as foam. It does not exert any restoring forces and therefore reduces shear forces and friction that can arise during movements while seated. At the same time, high-risk body parts are relieved and air can circulate freely. In addition, Floam improves seating stability because it continuously adapts to the body contours and maintains them.
With Cloud, special Floam side cushions provide additional support. Especially handy: The Floam cells can be replaced without a great deal of effort and adapted to the current requirements of your patient. The water-resistant cover and easy handling make everyday use of the cushion easier for your patient.
