Comfort and optimal positioning - the Z-Flo Antidecubitus Wheelchair Cushion combines these two properties. Not only does it offer your patient higher quality seating than ordinary cushions, it also effectively prevents decubitis sores.

The Z-Flo consists of a foam cover filled with Floam. Floam is as adaptable as a gel-form liquid and as light as foam. The decisive advantage: Floam reduces pressure by distributing the body weight of your patient over a larger area. It does not exert any restoring forces and therefore reduces shear forces and friction that can be caused by movements while seated. At the same time, high-risk body areas are also relieved. In addition, Floam improves seating stability because it continuously adapts to the body contours and maintains them. Due to cleverly positioned darts, the Floam material in our Z-Flo can flow and distribute itself optimally.

Another special advantage: An air chamber is integrated into the foam base. The base can be individually contoured at any time using an air regulator. The low weight and easy handling support the various application possibilities of the cushion.
