Total Knee Replacement Standard of Care

 Pre-Op OA Bracing
Worn around the knee to provide pain relief to those suffering from osteoarthritis. The pain relief is based on applied force, which relieves pressure from the arthritic compartment of the knee.
 Continuous Passive Motion (CPM)
CPM helps prevent joint stiffness and increases joint range of motion. CPM promotes healing of joint surfaces and soft tissue while reducing edema and pain.
 Cold Therapy
Cold decreases pain by reducing the ability of the nerve endings to conduct impulses and limits the muscle’s ability to maintain contraction, thus reducing muscle spasm. Cold therapy is intended to reduce pain and soft tissue swelling resulting from surgery or trauma at a localized site. Portable systems are suitable for any medical setting and continuous treatment anytime and anyplace.

 Knee Immobilizers and Post-Op Bracing
Post-operative and post traumatic immobilization of the knee joint.

 Post-operative Brace

For post-traumatic or post-operative immobilization and stabilization of the knee at a set position or with limited knee joint motion.

 Electrical Stimulation
For post-op treatment of pain and quad activation to prevent muscle atrophy.
 Kneehab XP
Kneehab XP is a knee garment designed to deliver neuromuscular stimulation to the quadriceps (knee and thigh) muscles.
