When you choose 3D design, you get a comprehensive kit consisting of a 3D scanner, CAD software, and above all, valuable support – with no additional annual licence or follow-up costs.

Digitalising

You capture all sides of the body region being moulded with the handheld 3D scanner and can simultaneously track your scanning result on the screen in real time.

Modelling

You can edit your scanned model with the help of CAD software developed especially for O&P applications. You can also undo process steps and track changes.

Fabrication

You transfer the finished modelling data to iFab Production, where a true-to-scale replica of your edited scan is milled in foam. For prosthetics, you can also order the check socket with the corresponding components.
