We are also facing challenges due to the global spread of coronavirus. But our employees and recruiters are still there for you during the coronavirus crisis – true to our company values “human, reliable, inventive”!
We are looking to the future and think this crisis can also be an opportunity for our recruiting. The current situation is the perfect time to make our application process more digital. After all, we do not necessarily have to meet face to face to get to know each other better. At the moment, we are conducting interviews only by telephone or video conference, and the first assessment centres are also running digitally as well. In addition to preventing risks to the health of our employees and applicants, the online recruiting process also offers many additional advantages:
- We can speed up the application process because meetings can be scheduled more quickly and flexibly.
- We want to offer you a positive candidate experience – and finding a place where you feel comfortable for your interview is part of this.
- Together, we protect our environment by minimising travel.
We have put together some good tips to help you prepare for a virtual job interview. You can also carry out a test meeting with your PC, tablet or smart phone before your actual interview with Ottobock. We wish you the best of health!
