Opportunities from the very start

We offer students paid internships, work study positions and the opportunity to write academic theses here. We also offer you the opportunity to carry out project work.

Induction and development

Here at Ottobock, we support your personal development:

  • You receive an individual induction plan at the start of your employment.
  • You are assigned a personal mentor from your department.
  • The first feedback sessions with your manager are held after two, four and six months.
  • You and your manager meet for an annual performance appraisal once a year to discuss your personal development.
  • The Ottobock Academy offers you numerous opportunities for training and further education.
