Manufacturing epitheses and prostheses from high-viscosity silicone requires highly functional rollers that simplify your everyday work.
High-viscosity silicone consists of two components that are first mixed together and then rolled out into sheets. The next step is the custom tinting to match the patient’s skin colour.
Our new silicone roller features all the functions that make your work easier while complying with safety standards.
The silicone roller is easy to operate using the foot pedal and touchscreen control. Turning speed and roller gap are continuously adjustable. The highly polished rollers ensure that the silicone does not stick. Furthermore, you can always work safely and have the best possible protection against accidents. The hazard zone is optimally secured by a light barrier and two-hand operation.

Many work tasks in the orthopaedic workshop are performed using the belt sander. That’s why we have made targeted enhancements to its proven, vibration-free Ottobock technology. The result is impressive: A machine that matches your needs perfectly, offering high performance, distinctly quiet running characteristics, maximum precision and comfortable operation.

This compact yet fully equipped dust collector is ideal for small workshops that have limited space for a dust collection system. It features especially developed double filtration for the thorough removal of harmful fine dust particles. This dust collector can be used to extract dust from up to two socket routers. The dust collector features a modular design and fits through any door.

Orthopaedic footwear technicians know how important each individual work step is in the production of orthopaedic footwear. With the OneLiner, you can make these repetitive work steps easier and more efficient. This grinding machine, the only one of its type on the market, is ideally suited for sanding completely smooth bases, footbeds, lasts, wedge heels and inserts. The included inspection rack makes storing shoes and the subsequent monitoring of grinding work a cinch.

The Flexam Compact SB series is the perfect choice when the workshop has little space but still needs to produce high-quality orthopaedic footwear. The machine is therefore equipped with a buffer, a narrow 40 mm sanding belt and your choice of a 40 mm, 75 mm or 100 mm sanding belt. The Flexam Compact P110 is also equipped with a polishing unit.A special feature of the Flexam Compact SB series is the integrated dust collector, which powerfully and reliably extracts the resulting chips and dust. This saves space, and there is no need to purchase and install an external dust collector.

The press features burr-free press rods of hardened steel and a new clamping system which allows the press rod to be clamped and released in one easy step. The desired contact pressure can be adjusted incrementally with a touch of a button and is immediately indicated on the manometer. The press is available both as a tabletop model and as a compact unit with a base cabinet. The pressurised air cushions can be replaced with the help of a quick-change system.

The Flexam Undercover 100 was designed for making small corrections to orthopaedic shoes on site in hospitals and fitting rooms. Since these rooms are often used by several persons, the system gives you the option of storing your equipment securely without impeding other people or giving them access to the machine.

The Pro-Fit 4000 socket router is our top-of-the-range model: It is characterised by a variety of ergonomic setting options and continuously variable speed selection. The machine is equipped with a suction arm that can be automatically fixed in a single step (auto-fix system).
The socket router also has 3 extraction options: suction hood, floor suction and milling shaft suction. These 3 areas can be controlled individually or in combination. This ensures optimum suction performance in the desired extraction area at all times.

The new highlight in Ottobock’s range of socket routers is designed to make your work as easy as possible: Its speed can be continuously adjusted for optimal workpiece processing at all times. The practical tool holder ensures that you always have your tools at hand and can easily switch between them. At the same time, the socket router is built to minimise health risks as much as possible: Fine dust is extracted both on the milling shaft and on the multi-position suction arm. Plus, the inte-grated shut-off valve makes the costly installation of a corresponding external device unnecessary.

Featuring a fixed working height of 1,000 mm and a speed of 3,000 rpm (the Pro-Fit 2000 Vario is equipped with a variable speed regulator), the Pro-Fit 2000 is suitable for any type of grinding, milling or polishing work. Thanks to its compact construction and exceptionally solid motor, the machine operates remarkably smoothly. There’s no denying the results: Even the most precise work can be safely carried out at any time with the Pro-Fit 2000.
