Lars lost his right hand in a workplace accident in 1996 and has worn a prosthesis ever since - something he considers an essential part of daily life. He is a civil engineer, managing director, and father of three who enjoys traveling with his family, playing sports, and staying active, including triathlons and even completing an Ironman.
