iFab Production – foam models
Using state-of-the-art production robots, iFab Production will mill your model based on a 3D scan.
Our tried and trusted foam models are the perfect way to fabricate orthoses, sockets, seats or foam beds.
Rigid foam and soft foam models in various densities are available for you to choose from. When placing your order, select the respective density depending on the subsequent fabrication method. Using state-of-the-art production robots, iFab Production will then mill your model based on the 3D scan you created and modelled. In the case of orthotic models, you can also choose to add various optional services to your order. These will help you with any subsequent processing of the model in your own workshop and save you time and effort.
