The Agilium Forte is a sturdy yet lightweight brace that provides relief for the wearer. It was developed especially for people with osteoarthritis of the knee and combines firm elements with soft fabric – plus a slim, sporty design. Based on the proven 3-point principle, the Agilium Forte relieves the affected areas of the knee and helps to alleviate pain. Thanks to the patented dynamic Y system – a Y-shaped strap – its contact pressure can be adapted to the individual. The Agilium Forte is suitable for users who prefer a lightweight brace that is easy to use.

We developed the Agilium Freestep 3.0 for the treatment of unicompartmental osteoarthritis of the knee. It is not applied to the knee, but to the foot and lower leg. The Agilium Freestep 3.0 specifically relieves the affected cartilage in the knee joint by shifting the load line in the knee. The load line describes the point where the body weight primarily impacts the cartilage.

The Agilium Vantage knee brace can be worn during everyday and recreational activities. Its key advantage is that the contact pressure can be regulated precisely as needed with just a pull on the Y-shaped strap (dynamic Y system) – relieving the painful side of the knee. Thanks to its slim design, you can also wear the Agilium Vantage while playing sports after speaking with your doctor. The material is soft on the skin, lightweight and breathable.

The computer-controlled C-Brace KAFO takes freedom of movement to a completely new level. The C-Brace is the first-ever KAFO that allows users to flex their leg under load (in order to sit down, for example), and to negotiate slopes, walk on uneven terrain or descend stairs step-over-step.
And the new C-Brace has even more to offer. It’s smaller, so it can also be worn under clothing; and it’s lighter, so the user doesn’t need to exert as much effort when walking. New sensor technology makes the entire gait pattern even more dynamic and responsive. The user can also change settings on their joint, e.g., switching to cycling mode, via a smartphone app.

After a posterior cruciate ligament tear in the knee, the Genu Arexa PCL supports your knee movements when you place weight on it and during periods of rest and recovery – exactly as you require. This is possible thanks to a spring mechanism: the orthosis features a special calf pad, the Dynamic Pad. It adjusts the pressure on the calf at every knee angle. As a result, you always receive exactly the level of support that is appropriate for the respective situation from a medical perspective. Once the orthosis has been adjusted for your specific injury, the Genu Arexa PCL ensures a controlled healing process while giving you a more steady gait and confidence in your own mobility.

Patellofemoral pain syndrome is a common cause of anterior knee pain. Young women are often affected by this clinical picture. The patella shifts outwards due to various reasons, resulting in intense pain for those affected.
This is exactly where the Patella Pro brace comes in, guiding the patella back to the centre during flexion as well as extension of the leg. At the same time, the patella is only ever tracked as much as the respective movement demands.
Many users experience significant pain relief along with an increased enjoyment of movement.

The Agilium Reactive is a lightweight brace that is also comfortable to wear. The calf strap is a key part of this. Equipped with pre-shaped shells, four adjustable straps, and the proven 3-point principle, it can be individually adapted.
The Agilium Reactive relieves weight on the joint, improves mobility and can relieve pain.
It is suitable for knee arthritis, (osteoarthritis of the knee) in the medial or lateral compartment.

The Agilium Patella can help to relieve pain in case of retropatellar osteoarthritis, the term used to describe wear and tear to the back surface of the kneecap. The Agilium Patella precisely centres the kneecap thanks to its combination of a fabric body, stabilising elements and dynamic re-alignment mechanism (a spring mechanism which ensures correct tracking of the patella). As a result, the joint cartilage is no longer subjected to excessive strain. Pressure behind the kneecap is demonstrably reduced.
The orthosis can be adapted to various movements, making it comfortable to wear.

The Genu Direxa Stable is used for knee complaints due to severe ligament laxity and/or severe feelings of instability. This knee brace offers sufficient stability even for users who require temporary or permanent extension or flexion limitation of the knee joint.

The Genu Carezza Patella Stabilizer can be used for a wide range of indications that affect the anterior part of the knee joint or the patella. The support holds the patella in the right position and assists with sensory movement control. This support uses an innovative high-tech material combining breathability and compression. It ensures good moisture transfer and optimal temperature regulation.
