Get started in three easy steps.

  1. Install: Download the connectgrip app from Google Play or the Apple Store.
  2. Log in: Open the connectgrip app and log in with your Ottobock ID account via the user icon or in the tab bar under ‘Menu’. If you do not yet have a MyOttobock account, please register via the ‘Register here’ link on the login screen. The connectgrip app automatically directs you to the registration of a ‘Ottobock ID’ account. This is the version of MyOttobock for prosthetists and orthotists.
  3. Activate: If you have already completed a product certification via MyLearning in advance, this will be automatically added to your Ottobock ID account, and you can use the connectgrip app in specialist mode to set up the product. Alternatively, you can request an activation for the product via the user icon or the ‘Menu / Certification’ tab bar. To do this, follow the instructions on the screen.
