Meet the Agilium Forte, a sturdy yet lightweight wraparound knee brace designed to provide lasting pain relief for people with knee osteoarthritis. 
Combining firm elements with soft fabric - plus a slim, sporty design - it is based on the proven 3-point principle. The Agilium Forte relieves the affected area of the knee and helps to alleviate pain. With one pull this brace uses the dynamic Y-shpaed strap system to reduce presure and relieve pain on the side of the knee that is most affected.

We developed the Agilium Freestep 3.0 for the treatment of unicompartmental osteoarthritis of the knee. It is not applied to the knee, but to the foot and lower leg. The Agilium Freestep 3.0 specifically relieves the affected cartilage in the knee joint by shifting the load line in the knee. The load line describes the point where the body weight primarily impacts the cartilage.

The dynamic Y force strap system unloads the affected compartment of the knee joint with one pull, while reducing rotation, providing stability and relieving the pain in your knee.
The material is soft on the skin, lightweight and breathable.

The C-Brace opens up entirely new possibilities for users with its microprocessor sensor technology. Flexing under load while sitting down, navigating slopes, walking on uneven terrain, or going down stairs step over step–all this defines a new level of mobility.
The C-Brace is smaller and lighter, so the user does not need to exert as much energy while walking. This also allows the user to wear the orthosis underneath their clothing. The microprocessor sensor makes the entire gait pattern more dynamic and responsive. The user can also change settings on their joint: switching to cycling mode, using the smartphone app.

After a posterior cruciate ligament tear in the knee, the Genu Arexa PCL supports your knee movements when you place weight on it and during periods of rest and recovery – exactly as you require. This is possible thanks to a spring mechanism: the orthosis features a special calf pad, the Dynamic Pad. It adjusts the pressure on the calf at every knee angle. As a result, you always receive exactly the level of support that is appropriate for the respective situation from a medical perspective. Once the orthosis has been adjusted for your specific injury, the Genu Arexa PCL ensures a controlled healing process while giving you a more steady gait and confidence in your own mobility.

Patellofemoral pain syndrome is a common cause of anterior knee pain. Young women are often affected by this clinical picture. The patella shifts outwards due to various reasons, resulting in intense pain for those affected.
This is exactly where the Patella Pro brace comes in, guiding the patella back to the centre during flexion as well as extension of the leg. At the same time, the patella is only ever tracked as much as the respective movement demands.
Many users experience significant pain relief along with an increased enjoyment of movement.

Osteoarthritis is the most common joint disease worldwide. Due to our ageing population, the number of those affected is increasing. The Agilium Reactive can help relieve pain caused by general knee osteoarthritis.
The Agilium Reactive is an especially lightweight brace that is comfortable to wear. In particular, wearer comfort is increased by the innovative closure technology of the calf strap, which users can loosen at the push of a button to reduce constriction when sitting down.

The Agilium Patella can help to relieve pain in case of retropatellar osteoarthritis, the term used to describe wear and tear to the back surface of the kneecap. The Agilium Patella precisely centres the kneecap thanks to its combination of a fabric body, stabilising elements and dynamic re-alignment mechanism (a spring mechanism which ensures correct tracking of the patella). As a result, the joint cartilage is no longer subjected to excessive strain. Pressure behind the kneecap is demonstrably reduced.
The orthosis can be adapted to various movements, making it comfortable to wear.

An operation is usually unavoidable after a ligament injury in the knee, such as tearing of the anterior cruciate ligament. The Genu Arexa knee brace optimally supports each phase of the healing process after surgery but also during conservative treatment without an operation. It not only prevents undesirable movements, but also restores your safety and confidence in your own mobility. Furthermore, it permits a controlled transition from your first steps after the operation to full weight bearing. The knee brace can also be worn at night and during physiotherapy exercises.
Why do orthotists and patients rely on the Genu Arexa? Because it is easy to use: its self-adapting plastic shells perfectly mould themselves to the shape of the user’s leg the first time the brace is worn, and numbered straps make it simpler to put on and take off. Plus, it features a user-oriented, multiple award-winning design and can be easily adapted without any tools.

A stroke or peripheral nerve damage can lead to paralysis in the leg. Walking is often difficult, and you may perceive the leg and knee as unstable so that you overextend the knee as soon as you put weight on it. 
Here the Genu Neurexa provides good support. It stabilises the knee and prevents overextension of the knee joint. Bending the knee continues to be possible. You can start using the Genu Neurexa even during rehabilitation and gait training – after consulting with your doctor or therapist of course.

The Genu Sensa stabilises the knee in case of pain, swelling or inflammation, promoting its function and helping to alleviate pain. A ring-shaped Technogel pad provides targeted tracking of the patella. Plus, the compression reduces swelling and effusions. A high level of wearer comfort and a good fit are also supported by lateral coil springs.
