When you take photos or videos of your user, always verify that you have their consent to use that media in your treatment documentation
When you create a new video documentation project, a pop-up form will ask you to acknowledge that their video can be shared with Ottobock via smart documentation. Please ensure your user has seen and consented to this information before you proceed
All shared media, extracted data, and consolidated documentation will then by fully encrypted and stored on GDPR/HIPAA-compliant servers within the EU
