Die Hüftabduktionsorthese Cosa Active/Junior mindert durch den Einsatz von Polstern zwischen den Beinen den Scherengang, der bei verschiedenen Ausprägungen Infantiler Zerebralparese auftritt. Die Reduktion der Hüftadduktion führt zu einem insgesamt verbesserten Gangbild, erhöhter Rumpfkontrolle und einer Stabilisierung der Steh- und Sitzbasis.

Die Cosa Active/Junior wird grundsätzlich im Starterset 28L101=*/28L100=* geliefert. Dieses besteht aus 2x der Hose 29L101=*/29L100=* zum Wechseln und Waschen sowie 1x dem Polsterset 29L102=*
