The new set-up app connectgo.pro for Android and iOS smartphones and tablets makes it easy for O&P professionals to quickly and conveniently program Ottobock microprocessor products for their users.

Availability

Data Station PC software will remain available for existing products.
Other Ottobock products and additional features will be added through regular app updates.

If you already have a MyOttobock account, simply use that account details to login. When creating a new account please use your personalized professional e-mail address.
Operating system
The minimum requirements for connectgo.pro are Android 12 and higher and iOS 15 and higher.
Get started in three easy steps.
- Install: Download the app connectgo.pro from Google Play or from the App Store.
- Log in: Open the connectgo.pro app and log in with your Ottobock ID account. Important: If you have a MyOttobock account, please use the same email and password to sign-in. If you do not have any account, register an Ottobock ID account via the “Sign up now” link on the sign-in screen.
- Activate: Lower Limb product certifications stored in myLearning will be added automatically. If not, connectgo.pro will ask you to add a certification to your Ottobock ID account. Select a product and follow the on-screen instructions. After a certification was added to your Ottobock ID account, you can connect to prostheses or orthoses.
