FAQS

Answers for you

Is the 1C30-1 Trias waterproof?

Yes, the 1C30-1 Trias is resistant to fresh, salt and chlorinated water. You can bathe, shower and participate in other activities in wet areas with the prosthetic foot. Please clean your prosthetic foot according to the instructions for use after using it in water.

Is the Trias prosthetic foot right for me?

The Trias is suitable for patients with a transtibial amputation, knee disarticulation, transfemoral amputation or hip disarticulation, who have low to moderate activity levels, a weight of up to 125 kg and require a lightweight, functional carbon fibre foot.

Is the Trias available in my size?

The prosthetic foot is available in sizes 21 to 30 cm. Your O&P professional selects the appropriate prosthetic foot for you according to your foot size and body weight.

Will I need a new prosthesis for the Trias?

No, the Trias can be integrated into either a new or an existing modular prosthesis, provided it has sufficient build height.

Do I need to wear special shoes with the Trias?

No, the Trias is delivered with a footshell that is based on the shape of a natural foot and is therefore compatible with most common types of shoes. Plus, a slim and a normal footshell are available in most foot sizes to match your natural foot as closely as possible.

Can I test the Trias?

Yes, of course you can test the Trias prosthetic foot prior to getting a definitive prosthesis. Just speak to your O&P professional.
