Efficace e discreta

Cosa Active e Cosa Junior migliorano il controllo del tronco grazie all'imbottitura tra le gambe e stabilizzano la posizione eretta e la seduta. Anche la mobilità aumenta, dal momento che l'andatura a forbici (l'incrocio delle gambe causato da spasmi) viene ridotta. La libertà del ginocchio in generale contribuisce a ottenere una deambulazione migliorata.

Possibilità di combinazioni versatili

L'ortesi rende superfluo il cuneo di abduzione della carrozzina, dal momento che le imbottiture di abduzione assicurano anche una base di seduta più larga nel sedile. Le ortesi di arto inferiore possono essere combinate senza problemi con Cosa Active/Junior per stabilizzare l'andatura.
