A stroke or injuries to the central or peripheral nervous system may lead to paralysis in the shoulder. You experience pain, and moving your arm is difficult for you. This results in pain in your shoulder area and restricts your arm movement.
Dislocation of the shoulder joint from the socket is one reason for shoulder pain. The Omo Neurexa plus corrects the alignment of the humerus head with the joint socket, alleviating the cause of the pain. It helps stabilise the shoulder and position it correctly again. The Omo Neurexa plus provides noticeable relief, alleviates pain and leads to a better overall body posture.
Thanks to its special design, the orthosis can now be applied by users themselves with one hand.

Cervical spine & back orthotics

The Dorso Direxa Posture is suitable for cases of poor body posture and pain in the thoracic spine region. Body awareness is promoted and the spine is actively straightened as the shoulder girdle is repositioned. The thoracic spine is relieved and guided back to its normal position, and pain can be alleviated.

The Dorso Carezza Posture is suitable for users with postural insufficiencies and pain in the thoracic spine region. Body awareness is promoted and the spine is actively straightened as the shoulder girdle is repositioned. The thoracic spine is relieved and guided back to its normal position, and your patients’ pain can be alleviated. At the same time, activation of the back muscles results in a training effect.
Adjustable elastic straps are used for individual compression and to adjust how firmly the brace fits. Coil springs stabilise the back of the one-piece brace.
Different aspects ensure comfort for the wearer: the breathable, skin-friendly material keeps the wearer’s skin dry, so the brace can also be worn for longer periods of time. It also has a very slim design, making it inconspicuous to wear under clothing. The anatomical design ensures an optimum fit.
The Dorso Carezza Posture is very easy to put on like a backpack and is machine washable.

If you suffer from injuries concerning the lumbar spine the brace provides a considerable stabilizing effect. Activating the muscular stabilization it promotes the sensorimotor function and may relief pain.

The Lumbo Direxa provides support in case of slight to moderate back pain in the lumbar spine – caused for example by signs of wear or an intervertebral disc protrusion. It stabilises and relieves strain on the affected area, which can alleviate pain.
The Lumbo Direxa is made of a comfortable, breathable material so that you can also wear the back orthosis for extended periods of time. Thanks to the slim design, the orthosis is barely visible under clothing. The Lumbo Direxa comes in three models: in addition to the standard version, the Lumbo Direxa Women is waisted while the Lumbo Direxa High has a higher cut so it also relieves strain on the lower thoracic spine.

Hand & wrist orthotics

The Manu Neurexa Plus wrist orthosis sets a new standard for patients who need more support or control over their wrist, hand, and fingers due to a neurological disorder. By stabilizing and supporting the wrist and hand in a natural, neutral position, the Manu Neurexa Plus encourages improved mobility through active rehabilitation.

The 50A8 Omo Immobil Sling is a shoulder brace that comfortably immobilises and relieves the shoulder joint in an internal rotation position. It is used for patients with acute and chronic shoulder joint complaints and can relieve pain.
