The E-MAG Active was developed for users who, due to muscle weakness or a complete failure of the knee extensor muscles, are unable to stabilise their knee joint unassisted.
An intelligent sensor system measures the leg position while walking and controls the orthosis joint accordingly. Therefore the knee joint is unlocked automatically while walking: the leg can swing freely. The PreLock function securely locks your knee joint for the stance phase even if you have not fully extended your leg yet. You can stand safely and walk more naturally with the E-MAG Active.
Even users who have no ankle functionality whatsoever are able to use the E-MAG Active.

Meet the Agilium Forte, a sturdy yet lightweight wraparound knee brace designed to provide lasting pain relief for people with knee osteoarthritis. 
Combining firm elements with soft fabric - plus a slim, sporty design - it is based on the proven 3-point principle. The Agilium Forte relieves the affected area of the knee and helps to alleviate pain. With one pull this brace uses the dynamic Y-shpaed strap system to reduce presure and relieve pain on the side of the knee that is most affected.
The Agilium Forte is ideal for users with moderate to severe knee osteoarthritis who prefer a rigid, lightweight brace that is comfortable and easy to use.

We developed the Agilium Freestep 3.0 for the treatment of unicompartmental osteoarthritis of the knee. It is not applied to the knee, but to the foot and lower leg. The Agilium Freestep 3.0 specifically relieves the affected cartilage in the knee joint by shifting the load line in the knee. The load line describes the point where the body weight primarily impacts the cartilage.

The C-Brace opens up entirely new possibilities for users with its microprocessor sensor technology. Flexing under load while sitting down, navigating slopes, walking on uneven terrain, or going down stairs step over step–all this defines a new level of mobility.
The C-Brace is smaller and lighter, so the user does not need to exert as much energy while walking. This also allows the user to wear the orthosis underneath their clothing. The microprocessor sensor makes the entire gait pattern more dynamic and responsive. The user can also change settings on their joint: switching to cycling mode, using the smartphone app.

Ankle-Foot orthotics

The 17AD1 multifunctional orthotic ankle joint is used in thermoplastic ankle-foot orthoses and enables limitation or spring assistance directed towards the sole or the back of the foot. The multifunction orthotic ankle joint is available in sizes for both children and adults.

Patellofemoral pain syndrome is a common cause of anterior knee pain. Young women are often affected by this clinical picture. The patella shifts outwards due to various reasons, resulting in intense pain for those affected.
This is exactly where the Patella Pro brace comes in, guiding the patella back to the centre during flexion as well as extension of the leg. At the same time, the patella is only ever tracked as much as the respective movement demands.
Many users experience significant pain relief along with an increased enjoyment of movement.

The 17LA3N unilateral orthotic ankle joint is a multifunction system ankle joint with a dorsiflexion effect. Thanks to various combination possibilities, it can quickly be adapted to the user’s individual needs at any time. Its weight classification permits unilateral use for a patient weight of up to 100 kg and bilateral use for up to 160 kg. Despite its multifunctional features, it is small, lightweight and inconspicuous – truly versatile.
If you or your child have partial or complete paralysis of the leg musculature in particular, a modern, harmonised and integrated system is available – the unilateral joint system. It consists of an orthotic knee joint and an orthotic ankle joint. They can be separately installed in the orthosis as well, depending on the individual physical condition. The orthotic knee joint can be equipped with an additional switch which allows it to be set in an open position for a limited time so that you or your child can ride a therapy bike.

The GoOn acts as an entry-level option for users with minor limitations of the dorsiflexion musculature, helping them to become familiar with wearing a device and the benefits it offers. The AFO helps hold the user to hold their foot in a neutral position. It makes walking safer and prevents tripping.
What&#039;s more, the GoOn can also be worn without shoes. Thanks to the spring on the arch of the foot, the sole of the shoe remains untouched. This allows the user to wear practically any lace-up shoe, and even wear shoes with different heel heights. The spring filaments mean that the lifting force can be adjusted as required: the foot is gently guided and held in a torsionally stable manner.

Osteoarthritis is the most common joint disease worldwide. Due to our ageing population, the number of those affected is increasing. The Agilium Reactive can help relieve pain caused by general knee osteoarthritis.
The Agilium Reactive is an especially lightweight brace that is comfortable to wear. In particular, wearer comfort is increased by the innovative closure technology of the calf strap, which users can loosen at the push of a button to reduce constriction when sitting down.

Following a stroke, for example, many individuals are often affected by drop foot and the foot assumes what is called a supination position. The toes can no longer be properly lifted in this case, so there is a risk of stumbling. The Malleo Neurexa pro is an orthosis with a foot lifting effect that can also counteract the effects of a developing spasticity thanks to its special alignment.
The orthosis can be worn during the day, at night and even without footwear.

People with permanent dorsiflexor weakness depend on a medical aid that lifts their foot while walking.
This is precisely what the WalkOn Reaction plus does. It helps lift the foot during the swing phase, so that the gait becomes safer while the risk of stumbling and falling is reduced. The tip of the foot no longer gets caught as easily on small obstacles or uneven ground.
Like the WalkOn Reaction, the WalkOn Reaction plus also supports the knee joint thanks to its special design, but offers an even higher degree of stiffness. When the foot lowering musculature is impaired as well, you benefit from the high energy return of the orthosis, which is activated during the rollover motion of the foot. You walk more naturally again.
