Multifunctional and perfectly equipped. This workstation enables employees to work simultaneously, provides extremely effective vapour protection and offers you remarkably flexible adjustment possibilities. Depending on the version, two, three or even four workstations give you the opportunity to continue working on another project while you wait for a model to cure.

A compact all-rounder, this multifunctional station for casting and laminating comes perfectly equipped for the efficient production of orthopaedic devices such as laminated sockets.

Machinery

The conical vacuum pipe makes draping considerably easier. During vacuum forming, you tie off the thermoplastic material directly over the conical vacuum pipe. After cooling, the vacuum-formed model can be pulled off the adapter easily with a few turns and does not need to be cut free.

This is a clever and space-saving tool. While the vacuum pipes with vacuum forming plate used to require elaborate support, this version offers a smart solution. The click system allows vacuum forming plates to be exchanged in a snap.

Exchanging the classic vacuum pipe for the vacuum forming adapter with vacuum forming plate further expands the scope that is already offered by the vacuum forming workstations. The vacuum forming adapter can be installed on the right or left side. In addition, the adapter is equipped with a foot valve and a water separator.

The vacuum forming and modelling workstation is designed for multifunctional use.It is suitable for both vacuum forming and draping. With its compact design and integrated, powerful vacuum pump, it is predestined for use in small workshops.

This vacuum forming workstation features an integrated tank. It temporarily stores a vacuum so it is immediately available when needed. The vacuum is activated using a foot-operated valve so you can control the activation precisely while keeping both hands free for vacuum forming and modelling.

We combine reliable technology with an innovative control system and a modern design. The two separately controllable vacuum circuits deliver a suction volume of 25 l/min. Furthermore, the robust pump has proven itself in everyday use for years and the external filters can be easily inspected and replaced.

Other

The sprinkle can is used for the safe and efficient moistening of cotton cloths and sponges with acetone, isopropyl alcohol and other liquids. This saves money and protects the environment by using cleaning agents efficiently.
