The 3D L.A.S.A.R. Posture supports technicians in providing optimal prosthetic and orthotic alignments as well as in checking body posture. Our latest new developments for this proven product, which is highly valued in everyday work thanks to its numerous advantages, make working with the 3D L.A.S.A.R. Posture even easier and more comfortable. We placed particular focus on simplifying the documentation process as well as expanding the measurement function.
With the new 3D L.A.S.A.R. Posture, cameras take a live recording of the patient standing on the measuring plate and transmit the image to a tablet PC. The measured forces are represented as lines on the tablet’s display, which are positioned with millimetre accuracy over the patient’s image.

The digital heel height measuring device is one of the most modern versions for recording the heel height to the millimetre. An integrated database to store patient data and the optional printer function help you work efficiently – and so does the intuitive touch screen.

The PROS.A. Assembly was designed for bench alignment of TT and TF modular lower limb prostheses. Up to 12 degrees of freedom have to be taken into account for the three-dimensional static alignment of these prosthesis. The PROS.A. Assembly simplifies this alignment process since the socket, knee joint and foot can be secured in the device and positioned according to the Ottobock alignment recommendations.
The most important improvement is a mounting frame with three integrated lasers, which is ordered as an accessory. It is also easy to retrofit it on the preceding model without difficulty. In contrast to external lasers, a time-consuming setup is avoided with the integrated version.
The latest generation of the PROS.A. Assembly features a height-adjustable footplate, which allows you to work standing up and therefore makes the alignment of TT prostheses easier. Other benefits: the additional adjustment possibilities and display units for socket flexion, which simplify measureable and reproducible prosthetic alignment.
