You’re just two steps away from the perfect result. The full power of the vacuum pump is available to you at the press of a button, and the lamination process can begin as soon as you open the shut-off valves.
The workstation is also equipped with an adjustable vacuum system and pressure gauge on both sides to ensure precise results. The vacuum can be generated from above or below to match your preferences and way of working, as the high-precision clamping devices can be extended or retracted as well as rotated by 360°.

The laminating island features a compact, well-conceived design. It has four fully equipped workstations with two vacuum connections each (one with variable vacuum), an Orthofix clamping device and an optional casting assist – while taking up minimal space.
The required roll material can be stored directly at the workstation for efficient laminating work. The mobile material cart with an integrated cutting surface is an additional aid. It also ensures materials and tools are always close to hand.
Workers’ health is also protected. Slots integrated in the laminating island extract vapours efficiently. A flexibly adjustable suction arm (optional) can also be attached.

The plaster drying oven is unlike any other in the world. It can dry plaster models faster and save more energy in the process by using the principle of condensation. As a result, orthopaedic workshops can substantially reduce the costs incurred during the fabrication of orthopaedic components such as prosthetic sockets. By contrast, the convection oven requires a drying time of 24 hours. The test was carried out on six plaster models made of alabaster modelling plaster with a weight of 4 kg each and a plaster-to-water mixing ratio of 1:1.5.

This highly modern suction booth features an integrated air curtain, providing optimum protection against chemical vapours – and enabling you to work at the front with clear vision at all times. When lamination resins are processed, harmful vapours and gases have to be extracted safely. In conjunction with a central explosion-proof box ventilator, you can now extract gases and vapours safely and conveniently. The fresh air curtain at the front prevents gases and vapours from entering the work room. In this way, you can work optimally at the front with the best view and no impairments by a protective window. Integrated explosion-proof lighting guarantees first-class illumination of the workplace.

The lamination workstation enables users to work simultaneously, provides extremely effective vapour protection and offers you remarkably flexible adjustment possibilities. Depending on the version, two, three or even four workstations give you the opportunity to continue working on another project while you wait for a model to cure.

This multifunctional station for casting and laminating comes perfectly equipped for the efficient production of orthopaedic devices such as laminated sockets. When connected to a central suction system or equipped with an explosion proof top-mount fan, the integrated suction slots and continuous edge suction on the worktop ensure ultimate safety at all times. Plus, vapours can also be removed right where they arise using the optional suction arm.

Made to continue processing of heated material: The high-quality processing of the vacuum forming workstations is equipped to support orthopaedic technicians in modelling thermoplastics optimally. The vacuum is controlled with the foot pedal, while the water trap and particle filter protect the vacuum pump. In addition, special attention was paid to ensuring that enough shelves for the vacuum forming accessories are available.
With its compact design and thanks to the integrated vacuum pump, the vacuum forming and shaping workstation is particularly well suited for use in small workshops. It gives you extensive freedom of movement while working.

The highlight of this product series: an integrated tank in the upper part of the vacuum forming table&#039;s frame. The tank temporarily stores a vacuum, so it&#039;s immediately available at the desired output level when you need it. The vacuum is extracted using a foot pedal so you can control extraction precisely while keeping both hands free for vacuum forming and moulding. And changing vacuum pipes is just as easy: it takes only a few steps to replace them with other adapters and suction pipes, such as the conical vacuum pipe (article number 755X230&#61;*) or the vacuum forming adapter with vacuum forming plate (article number 755X180&#61;R or 755X180&#61;L).

This means that a central vapour extraction system is no longer necessary, making this workstation an especially worthwhile acquisition for smaller orthopaedic operations. Vapours occurring during adhesives work, which are explosive and hazardous to health, are extracted by an integrated ATEX-certified fan and transported outside via a separate duct system. The explosion-protected fan is housed in the lower cabinet of the adhesives workstation, which also features drawers for smaller work tools. A multiplex worktop with an integrated cutting and adhesives worktop and edge suction system gives the work station an attractive appearance that&#039;s also highly functional.
The cutting and adhesives worktop made of high-strength HMPE (high-modulus polyethylene) is especially resistant to adhesive materials and is exceptionally well-suited as a surface for carrying out cutting work. The worktop can also be used on both sides and easily replaced with a new one when it is worn out. The cutting and adhesives worktop is bordered by an edge extraction system into which the heavy adhesive vapours (heavier than air) sink downwards and are extracted through the integrated explosion-protected fan.
