The machines in the Flexam LSB Executive series were developed especially for processing lasts. That’s why the pneumatic abrasive rolls are equipped with an especially adapted suctioning area. Optimum suctioning of fine dust as well as coarse chips is ensured. The Flexam LSB Executive series is equipped with two sanding belts (with narrow or wide sanding belts depending on the version (40 mm and 100 mm)) as well as a powerful naumkeag motor. Thanks to the belt spacing of 472 mm, sufficient space is provided to also process larger last models. All grinding and milling workstations are equipped with their own extraction channel. The 701L24=FLSB version also includes a milling section with a sole milling tool and three heel milling tools.

By the way: no matter which of the Flexam Executive versions you choose, it is always connected to a central dust extraction system. If you prefer a model with integrated dust extraction, we recommend the Flexam Compact. To ensure the Flexam Executive extracts dust perfectly and has a long service life, we plan it individually for you – from the extraction ducts to the right extraction system.
