Even after a forearm amputation or with a congenital malformation, a mental image of the hand usually remains mapped in the brain. Amputees can still imagine closing, opening or rotating their hand. This activates the remaining muscles in the residual limb.
These muscle signals are transformed into myoelectric signals using electrodes on the forearm and translated directly into a movement of the prosthetic hand. Myo Plus learns to interpret the user’s individual movement patterns, assigning each to a specific prosthesis movement. These patterns can be adapted with the Myo Plus app.
This intuitive control enables users to fully utilise the potential of their highly complex, multi-articulating prosthetic hands. Myo Plus pattern recognition is optimised for the bebionic hand and the MyoBock system.

The PushValve is opened and closed by pressing together two wings. With its larger size, it is particularly suitable for users with limited finger mobility and for arm prosthesis wearers. It also has a threadless design so it can be used without rotating or screwing movements. This makes handling substantially easier for the user and results in a secure hold in the socket. An audible signal indicates that the valve is safely positioned.
The valve is compatible with all common liners without a distal connector and can also be used without a liner.

With the flexible wrist joint mode of the AxonWrist, the various grip types of the Michelangelo hand (article no. 8E500) and active AxonRotation, compensating body movements are reduced to a minimum.
When the hand is not holding an object and the user relaxes the myosignal, the hand automatically turns to a relaxed, neutral position with the active AxonRotation. The user therefore automatically knows what the starting position is. This reduces the concentration required while gripping and makes controlling the prosthesis more intuitive.

The below-elbow harness is intended for fixation of the prosthetic socket and for control of body-powered prostheses using an integrated perlon cable (article no. 21A36&#61;1) or plastic-coated steel cable (article no. 21A36&#61;2). It is compatible with right and left-side prostheses.

Body harnesses are used to control arm prostheses. Users of such cable-controlled arm prostheses want to be sure that their body harness offers good wearer comfort in addition to supporting the effective and inconspicuous control of their prosthesis. After intensive research and development, we have developed two models that meet these requirements: the 21A35&#61;1 upper arm triple-control harness and the 21A36&#61;1 forearm harness. Exchangeable axilla pads and washable textiles also simplify hygiene. Your orthopaedics specialist will be happy to advise you regarding your individual requirements.

The MyolinoWrist 2000 is a mechanical ball wrist joint with adjustable friction. With the Electric Hand 2000 (article no. 8E51), the hand can be positioned in any direction with up to 30° of flexion in combination with hand rotation. This prevents compensating movements of the arm to a significant extent.
 
The additional degrees of freedom make motion sequences appear more natural. Friction can be configured using the supplied angled Allen wrench. At the same time, the wrist joint can promote a physiologically correct posture.

The AxonRotation Adapter permits passive pronation and supination. These functions support the user in everyday activities. The AxonRotation Adapter promotes physiologically correct body posture and minimizes unnatural compensating body movements.

The MyoCharge Integral battery charger is used to charge MyoEnergy Integral batteries. 
MyoEnergy Integral batteries are available in five sizes and are integrated into the socket. Simply connect the charging plug to the charging receptacle on the outside of the socket. 
An integrated magnet secures the plug to the charging receptacle. The special contour of the charging plug and charging receptacle ensures the quick and reliable positioning of both components. 
LEDs indicate the current charge level of the battery.

The AxonCharge Integral charges the AxonEnergy Integral integrated into the prosthetic socket (art. no. 757B501).
Handy: To charge the battery, the charging plug is connected to the charging receptacle with the help of an integrated magnet. The special contour of the receptacle and plug ensures that the two components are aligned with each other quickly and easily. LEDs indicate the status of the charger and the current battery charge level.

The EnergyPack is suitable for integration into all socket types of the MyoBock system, even in case of long residual limbs. Compared to Ni-Cd batteries, Li-ion batteries have a lower self-discharge level, higher cell voltage and greater capacity. They have no memory effect.

The MyoEnergy Integral is an integrated power supply system. The charging receptacle indicates the current charge level using LEDs and is used to switch the prosthesis on and off and open it in an emergency. The communication cable with a 3-pin receptacle is used for the exchange of data. The supply cable establishes the connection between the battery and the respective prosthetic component.
