We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator/Medical Records Coordinator in Albuquerque, NM to procure and enter required medical documentation.  We value our employees and offer generous benefits in appreciation of their hard work and dedication.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement of medical documentation from referral sources through direct, phone communication, fax and/or email as appropriate.
• Maintain case documentation in system in compliance with best practices established by the company.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
• Ensure customers receive the best service possible and concerns are satisfactorily resolved.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Two years of office administrative management, preferably in a medical/dental/therapy office. 
• Experience with medical terminology, accounts receivable, insurance collections or billing preferred. 
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid. 
• Customer service experience. 
• Bilingual a plus
