Ottobock Healthcare's Finance Department
The Ottobock North American Finance team serves as a trusted business advisor, providing a critical function within the overall Ottobock global organization in support of the mission to restore and improve people's movement. They are responsible for all financial reporting, including profit and loss (P&L), balance sheet, and cash flow, with related analysis and insights. Sub-functions within North America Finance include commercial finance, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), sales compensation, accounting, credit & collections, payroll, and tax. Finance engages with several other functions such as audit, treasury, M&A, sustainability, and IR that are managed out of Global headquarters.
