Ottobock's Professional Clinical Services Department
The Professional Clinical Services (PCS) are a team of product experts responsible for providing product certifications, CEU courses, and clinical training to Ottobock's clinician customers. PCS provides education to sales, customer service, and marketing through internal trainings and conducts trials with patients, assist with complex patient fittings, and help with product troubleshooting. There are two additional teams within PCS, including the Education team and Technical team. The Education team oversees e-learning and the logistics of providing CEU education. The Technical team is responsible for assisting clinicians with technical questions for prosthetic and orthotic fabrication, product compatibility, Bluetooth connectivity, and general troubleshooting.
Meet the PCS team
PCS is an extraordinary team made up of experts in orthotics and upper and lower limb orthotics. Individually, they bring their own unique clinical experience and provide a diverse background of professions, skills, and knowledge. We live the mission of Ottobock through volunteer work in the O&P community, service with professional organizations, and teaching at universities. While most of our team is located outside of the Austin headquarters, we keep in touch through regular Teams meetings, annual in-person trainings, sales meeting, conferences, and virtual happy hours for special occasions.
