Thanks to easy initiation of the swing phase, the 3R60 knee joint allows you to walk at various speeds – whether you are going for a hike or strolling through a market. You benefit from a larger ground clearance during swing-through of the joint, reducing your risk of stumbling. The special joint design also gives you more stability in the stance phase and prevents unwanted flexion of the joint. The 3R60 also makes it possible for you to walk down gentle slopes.

The integrated EBS unit ensures damped and even flexion of the knee joint in the stance phase, enabling you to make more natural knee joint movements when walking – even when walking at different walking speeds (compared to polycentric joints without the EBS unit) and on gentle slopes.
The polycentric structure of the 3R60 provides reliable stability during the stance phase, shortens during the swing phase and can provide increased ground clearance, which can reduce your risk of getting the tip of your foot caught on the ground.
