You will need the MPK, compatible adapters and access to the connectgo.pro setup app. A trial foot can also be added to the trial request.

How long does a typical trial fitting take?

The initial appointment usually takes 60–90 minutes, allowing enough time for setup, basic programming, alignment checks, and guided functional exercises.

How long does a trial last?

Trial duration varies but typically ranges from a few hours in clinic to several days or weeks, depending on clinical goals and service pathways. Typically, customer support will advise on the duration of loan of the trial components.

Can an MPK be trialed on an existing socket?

In many cases, yes. If the current socket fits well and is structurally compatible, an MPK can often be fitted to it for trial purposes. It is important to assess alignment, component compatibility, and overall condition to ensure safety and optimal performance.

What happens at the end of the trial?

At the conclusion of the trial, please contact customer support to arrange collection of the components. Ensure that all items, including the microprocessor knee, charger, and tube are securely packed in the case provided.
