L300 Go System

People who have suffered a stroke or brain injury, or are living with conditions such as MS, or incomplete paralysis often experience drop foot which can inhibit their ability to walk.

The L300 Go system is designed to lift your foot as you walk, thus improving your gait pattern, making it smoother and safer. This device can also be used for knee instability and promotes muscle rehabilitation.

The L300 Go stimulates the affected nerves and the muscles that they control, and can therefore initiate dorsiflexion as well as knee flexion/extension. This has proven to enhance the individual's ability to walk unaided and therefore enjoy higher level of independence.

Intelligent stimulator

Thanks to intelligent 3D motion detection, the stimulator can detect your current foot position so it can provide stimulation at exactly the right time. As a result, an external foot sensor is only an optional feature now.

Anatomical lower leg cuff

The cuff secures the stimulator and the electrode to your lower leg. Anatomically shaped versions are available for the right and left leg in two sizes each.

Electrode controls two stimulation channels

With just a single electrode, the L300 Go controls two stimulation channels and sends the electrical impulses so your foot is smoothly lifted.

Thigh cuff

If your knee is also unstable, the cuff secures the stimulator and the electrode to your thigh. This helps your knee flex and extend. There are versions for the right and the left leg.

Benefits at a glance

L300 Go – stimulating and stabilising

Well-balanced foot control

With just a single electrode and two stimulation channels, the L300 Go can precisely control the lifting of the foot as well as internal and external rotation.

Handy user app

A user app for smartphones lets you control the system and measure your activity, such as the number of steps. The results are easy to track and document.

No foot sensor required

Acceleration sensors monitor movement patterns during walking in all three planes. This also eliminates the need for a foot sensor.

Easy to put on with one hand

The lower leg cuff features a modern closure system, so you can easily put on the L300 Go with just one hand.

Long-term, reproducible fitting

A tablet with Bluetooth connection is available to qualified personnel for fitting the L300 Go. This allows the system to be fine tuned at any time. These data are reproducible and can be accessed at any time for long-term gait rehabilitation.
