Comfortable, intuitive and precise - the bebionic is transforming the lives and abilities of amputees around the world. This extends from helping them perform simple tasks like tying their shoelaces to giving them back their control and self-esteem.
With 14 different grips and hand positions, the bebionic multi-articulating hand makes it easy to carry out day-to-day activites such as eating meals, carrying bags, opening doors and switching on lights and tying. 
Individual motors in each finger allow you to precisely control the hand and grasp objects in a natural, coordinated way. Proportional speed control gives you to manage delicate tasks.
The bebionic is available in two different sizes with three different wrist variations to suit individual requirements.
Together with Ottobock pattern recognition, the Myo Plus control gives the bebionic hand entirely new options for intuitive, natural movements without switiching hands.

The mHand Adapt is the world’s lightest harness-free, mechanical (non-powered) multi-articulating hand, it seamlessly blends the benefits of traditional prosthetic systems in one streamlined solution.
Thanks to its patented mechanism, the mHand Adapt is ready for use in minutes, with no need for a shoulder harness. Its intelligent design allows users to open and close the hand using a single, consistent movement, while adaptive fingers automatically conform to the shape of any object, providing a secure and natural grip every time. The grip strength is fully intuitive, the harder you press, the firmer the grasp, and once closed, the hand remains secure without further input and can be effortlessly reopened with the same motion. The thumb position is adjustable, allowing for both lateral and oppositional grips depending on the task at hand. Whether turning a steering wheel or holding delicate items, the mHand Adapt delivers confidence and versatility. And in situations that require a quick response, its flexible design allows it to be easily disengaged for safety.  With its natural appearance, ultra-lightweight build, and wearability, the mHand Adapt gives greater independence and ease in everyday life.

Prosthetic accessories

Even after a forearm amputation or with a congenital malformation, a mental image of the hand usually remains mapped in the brain. Amputees can still imagine closing, opening or rotating their hand. This activates the remaining muscles in the residual limb.
These muscle signals are transformed into myoelectric signals using electrodes on the forearm and translated directly into a movement of the prosthetic hand. Myo Plus learns to interpret the user’s individual movement patterns, assigning each to a specific prosthesis movement. These patterns can be adapted with the Myo Plus app.
This intuitive control enables users to fully utilise the potential of their highly complex, multi-articulating prosthetic hands. Myo Plus pattern recognition is optimised for the bebionic hand and the MyoBock system.

The Axon-Bus is an optimised, self-contained data transmission system. The individual components communicate with each other perfectly and prevent losses in terms of data transmission, speed and functionality. This results in added safety and reliability for the user. Compared to conventional systems, this is achieved by a significant reduction in sensitivity to outside interference.

Ottobock offers the world’s first textile retaining support for upper arm prostheses with myoelectric or passive elbows. The support, consisting of an arm loop and a sleeve, is completely removable and is not attached to the socket with a strap. Users can put it on and take it off with one hand. Soft underarm padding and breathable materials, which are fully washable, help make the support comfortable. The back cord guide also allows the arms to swing naturally, supporting physiological movement. The support is available in three sizes for both the right and left arms. Users can also make small adjustments themselves using a hook-and-loop closure.

The System Electric Hand Digital Twin with quick-disconnect wrist is suitable for all amputation levels, except wrist disarticulation. It encompasses digital and dual-channel control, meaning it can be controlled using two electrodes or only one.

Prosthetic Adapter

The electric wrist rotator controls the electric motor driven pronation and supination of the System Electric Hand or System Electric Greifer with quick-disconnect wrist. Rotation of more than 360° is possible. Combination with the MyoRotronic (article no. 13E205) is possible.
In case of insufficient muscle tension, it can also be controlled with the harness pull switch (article no. 9X14), cable pull switch (article no. 9X18) or rocker switch (article no. 9X25).

The PushValve is opened and closed by pressing together two wings. With its larger size, it is particularly suitable for users with limited finger mobility and for arm prosthesis wearers. It also has a threadless design so it can be used without rotating or screwing movements. This makes handling substantially easier for the user and results in a secure hold in the socket. An audible signal indicates that the valve is safely positioned.
The valve is compatible with all common liners without a distal connector and can also be used without a liner.

Elbow prosthetics

Amputations above the elbow constitute a special challenge since the function of the elbow has to be replaced in addition to that of the hand. The DynamicArm elbow joint makes virtually natural movements possible with its special technology. Controlled by your muscle signals, the DynamicArm is driven by an electric motor. The control unit of the DynamicArm also transmits the muscle signals to the prosthetic hand, so that you are able to rotate the wrist unit in addition to opening and closing the hand with short response times. You can extend and flex the DynamicArm as well.
We recommend combining the DynamicArm with the Ottobock VariPlus Speed. It is equipped with a high-performance drive unit, and opens and closes almost three times as fast as other electric hands. A fitting with the DynamicArm and VariPlus Speed restores numerous abilities to hold objects, grasp and be active at work, in everyday life and recreation.
