With 14 different grips and hand positions, the bebionic artificial hand makes it easy to carry out day-to-day activities such as eating meals, carrying bags, opening doors, switching on lights, and typing.
Individual motors in each finger allow you to precisely control the hand and grasp objects in a natural, coordinated way. Proportional speed control gives you control over delicate tasks.
The hand is available in two different sizes and with three wrist versions to suit individual requirements.
When combined with Myo Plus pattern recognition, the bebionic provides direct, intuitive, and natural control of the hand.

Prosthetic accessories

Even after a forearm amputation or with a congenital malformation, a mental image of the hand usually remains mapped in the brain. Amputees can still imagine closing, opening or rotating their hand. This activates the remaining muscles in the residual limb.
These muscle signals are transformed into myoelectric signals using electrodes on the forearm and translated directly into a movement of the prosthetic hand. Myo Plus learns to interpret the user’s individual movement patterns, assigning each to a specific prosthesis movement. These patterns can be adapted with the Myo Plus app.
This intuitive control enables users to fully utilise the potential of their highly complex, multi-articulating prosthetic hands. Myo Plus pattern recognition is optimised for the bebionic hand and the MyoBock system.

The Axon-Bus is an optimised, self-contained data transmission system. The individual components communicate with each other perfectly and prevent losses in terms of data transmission, speed and functionality. This results in added safety and reliability for the user. Compared to conventional systems, this is achieved by a significant reduction in sensitivity to outside interference.

Ottobock offers the world’s first textile retaining support for upper arm prostheses with myoelectric or passive elbows. The support, consisting of an arm loop and a sleeve, is completely removable and is not attached to the socket with a strap. Users can put it on and take it off with one hand. Soft underarm padding and breathable materials, which are fully washable, help make the support comfortable. The back cord guide also allows the arm to swing naturally, supporting physiological movement. The support is available in three sizes for both the right and left arms. Users can also make small adjustments themselves using a hook-and-loop closure.

The System Electric Hand Digital Twin with quick-disconnect wrist is suitable for all amputation levels, except wrist disarticulation. It encompasses digital and dual-channel control, meaning it can be controlled using two electrodes or only one.

The MyoHand VariPlus Speed with quick-disconnect wrist combines the mechanical characteristics of the SensorHand Speed and the control variants of the System Electric Greifer DMC VariPlus. Thanks to the high gripping force (approx. 100 N) and speed (up to 300 mm/s), objects can be gripped quickly and precisely.
A total of six different programs can be selected and adjusted using the MyoSelect (article no. 757T13). This permits optimum adaptation to the needs and abilities of the user.

Prosthetic Adapter

The electric wrist rotator controls the electric motor driven pronation and supination of a myoelectric powered terminal device with a quick disconnect wrist. Rotation of more than 360° is possible. Use of the 13E205 MyoRotronic with the 10S17 rotator is required, along with the MyoSelect tool for programming, for all applications except for use with switch control or DynamicArm. 
In case of insufficient muscle tension, it can also be controlled with the harness pull switch (article no. 9X14), cable pull switch (article no. 9X18) or rocker switch (article no. 9X25).

With the flexible wrist joint mode of the AxonWrist, the various grip types of the Michelangelo hand (article no. 8E500) and active AxonRotation, compensating body movements are reduced to a minimum.
When the hand is not holding an object and the user relaxes the myosignal, the hand automatically turns to a relaxed, neutral position with the active AxonRotation. The user therefore automatically knows what the starting position is. This reduces the concentration required while gripping and makes controlling the prosthesis more intuitive.

Powerful, sturdy and fast. The AxonHook completes the Axon-Bus system. Thanks to its high gripping force and robust construction, this product is particularly well suited for manual work. It is also popular for tasks such as cooking, gardening or handling small parts where high precision, speed and gripping force are essential.
The hook is easy to exchange with the Michelangelo Hand in just one step. As a result, the new hook represents another step for users in achieving everyday independence.

The below-elbow harness is intended for fixation of the prosthetic socket and for control of body-powered prostheses using an integrated perlon cable (article no. 21A36&#61;1) or plastic-coated steel cable (article no. 21A36&#61;2). It is compatible with right and left-side prostheses.
