What is iCC?
iCC (iFab Customer Center) is Ottobock’s secure online platform that simplifies digital fabrication workflows. Clinicians can upload scans, perform modifications, submit orders, and track production, all within a single, streamlined interface.
Key features:
Upload 3D scan files (STL, PLY, OBJ)
Can be from EasyScan or other scanners with accepted file types
Modify socket and liner models
Submit and track orders in real time
Contact clinical or technical support as needed
Simple entry for product order details
Order history and tracking with e-mail status notifications
Supported products:
Unique Liners, TT test Sockets, MyFit TT 3D printed sockets, MyCRO Band
An iCC account is required to use EasyScan and submit digital orders.
