Integrated matrix helps minimize pistoning
Easy handling, easy cleaning

Uneo Unique (Urethane)
Highly flowable urethane provides pressure distribution and comfort for sensitive or irregularly shaped limbs.
Molds comfortably to complex limb shapes
Excellent pressure distribution and impact absorption
Ideal for sensitive or irregular residual limbs

Is a custom liner right for your patient?
Before ordering, confirm the patient is an appropriate candidate for a custom liner. Custom liners may be indicated for patients with:
Atypical residual limb shapes
Mature or atrophic limbs
Very large or very small residual limbs
Skin conditions or significant scarring
Minimal soft tissue
Available Enhancements
Wall thickness
Uniform has the same thickness across the liner
Custom Silicon is 4.5 mm thick
Custom Urethane is 6 mm thick
Tapered is thinner behind the knee and proximally for better ROM.
Custom Silicone is 4.5 mm distal wall thickness tapering to 2.5 mm proximally
Custom Urethane is 6 mm distal wall thickness tapering to 3 mm proximally
Distal Thickness
Urethane: Locking 18 mm, Cushion 13 mm
Silicone: Locking 21 mm, Cushion 13 mm
Fabric Options for covered or partially covered liners
Covered or Partially Covered:
If partial cover height is not noted on order form, liner will be covered like 6Y512
Full cover height is not recommended for suction/vacuum suspension
Uncovered: Allows maximum flow, easier to don with lubricant and tends to bunch less in the posterior aspect.
Lycra – Slick/stretchy, thinnest fabric, low-friction to slide into socket (0.6 mm fabric thickness)
Wearforce – Tougher/thicker, durable and abrasion-resistant, can de difficult to don and may require good hand strength (1.6mm fabric thickness)
Uneo 3D Textile – Integrated sheath, similar to the OTS Uneo 6Y512 (1.0 mm fabric thickness)
KISS TF Textile – Strong Velcro adhesion, similar to the OTS Skeo 6Y88 (0.75 mm fabric thickness)
Additives
SkinGuard – Antibacterial protection
Fresh Scent – Helps control odor
Custom Modifications
Targeted buildups, reductions, and reliefs for sensitive or bony areas
