Long-time wearers of upper limb prostheses often prefer to simply duplicate the same socket fit and/or componentry set up they have always had. This provides consistency of fit and function. We offer several duplication options, including:

• Socket only (replacement due to wear and tear, no changes needed)

  • Transfer all existing componentry and alignment

• Entire prosthesis

  • Use all new componentry

  • Maintain existing alignment and measurements

  • Use new alignment and measurements

What is required for duplications?

1. Completed Myo UL iFab Order Form: specify socket only vs entire prosthesis

2. Existing socket or prosthesis (or negative mold taken from alginate duplication)
