The 4R60 Socket Adapter is intended for use in transtibial and transfemoral prostheses.
The 5R9 socket attachment block is bonded and laminated to the foamed distal end of the prosthetic socket. The 4R60 socket adapter serves to connect with the distal prosthetic components and is fastened to the 5R9 socket attachment block.
