Triton Vertical Shock

Do you have a demanding day-to-day life that keeps you constantly on the go? The Triton Vertical Shock moves along with you, resulting in noticeable relief for your residual limb. It supports the natural rotation movement of the leg, decreasing shearing and strain on your residual limb due to torsion and reducing skin irritation. The Triton Vertical Shock also cushions the impact felt at heel strike or in situations such as going up and down stairs.

Functional ring

The elastomer ring effectively absorbs torsion to relieve the residual limb and boost comfort life in combination with vertical shock absorption.

Linear carbon spring

Provides moderate flexibility in the mid-stance phase that is required for good responsiveness as well as exactly the right level of energy return when walking at faster speeds.

Interconnected springs

The three interconnected springs prevent the foot from yielding too much when it is overloaded. They provide stability even when you make quick, responsive movements.

Customisable

Thanks to two different heel wedges, both the impact stress at heel strike and the gait dynamics can be customised.

Abducted big toe

The special shape of the big toe makes it possible to wear sandals.

Benefits at a glance

Triton Vertical Shock – sporty and extremely resilient

Noticeable relief for the residual limb

The integrated functional ring increases the torsion capability and supports the leg’s natural ability to rotate. Shearing and strain on the residual limb due to torsion are minimised and skin irritation is reduced. This offers noticeable relief, not only with demanding activities such as sports or physical work, but also during turning and movements in everyday situations. In addition, the vertical spring deflection of up to 15 mm cushions the impacts felt by users when stepping down, particularly in situations such as walking down stairs.
